ABOUT ACCF
The American Conservation Film Festival is a three-day annual film festival held in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, a vibrant arts community 80 miles northwest of the nation's capital. The ACFF will feature films from a diverse group of film-makers from around the country. The inaugural event is planned for November 7-9, 2003.
ACFF will
- Provide a venue for diverse range of films that rarely receive a wide showing;
- Celebrate conservation film and video in the fun, eclectic atmosphere of historic Shepherdstown, WV;
- Showcase independent, historic, publicly funded and Appalachian films;
- Offer an education component that complements the film selections and supports those interested in conservation film-making.
